Our Experience
We have over four years of experience acting as an Expert Microbiological Witness, applying our knowledge to a wide range of cases, from clinical negligence to cases of foodborne infections. Recent instructions have included neonatal viral sepsis, Campylobacter and E. coli outbreaks associated with international travel, parasitic infections after visits to waterparks, and National Salmonella outbreak following consumption of contaminated foods. Our Team is currently working towards the industry-recognised Expert Witness training by Bond Saloon, after completing training in Excellence in Report Writing and Courtroom Skills.
Our Expert Witness activity include: Claimant (70%), Defendant (20%), and Joint (10%). Typically, we can prepare reports 4-5 weeks after instruction but can accommodate shorter deadlines upon request.

Our Reporting
Our team will arrange an initial 15-minute consultation, provided free of charge, to introduce the case. In receiving your instructions, our team will review the case material to form an Expert Witness report ready for serving. If more material becomes available, our team will review this and produce a final report. Our Experts are available for Joint Expert Reports and Court appearances.
